Both don't and doesn't are contractions.Don't is a contraction of do not, while doesn't is a contraction of does not, and they both act as auxiliary verbs. Both it/they/them and this/that/these/those are pronouns that refer to things (see here: anaphora), but they differ in that the former refers to things 'inside the text', while the latter refers to things 'outside the text'.
